Learning by Doing Approach
Unlike traditional academic classes that focus on passive lecturing, TSF Club operates entirely on active participation. Members run the meetings, deliver the speeches, evaluate peers, and lead impromptu speaking sessions.

How to Start & Learn
Setting up your own communication sandbox is simple. Follow our clear roadmap to initiate change.
Assemble Your Club
Gather 15 to 20 interested students or professionals at your college campus or workplace and register your official local chapter name.
Run Structured Meetings
Convene weekly or biweekly. Assign critical roles (Meeting Chair, Timekeeper, Grammarian, Evaluators) so everyone has a speaking opportunity.
Deliver & Earn Levels
Present prepared speech assignments from the official TSF syllabus, progress from Basic to Mastery levels, and claim certification.

Every member advances sequentially through our 4 curated learning tiers. Every project speech spans 4–6 minutes.
Level 1
Basic Foundation
Introductory speech & fundamentals
Projects: Introductory Speech (Icebreaker), Simple Speech 1, Simple Speech 2, and Simple Speech 3.
Level 2
Intermediate
Social context and informative skills
Projects: Social Speech 1, Social Speech 2, Informative Speech 1, and Informative Speech 2.
Level 3
Advanced
Persuasive speaking & humorous narrative
Projects: Persuasive Speech 1, Persuasive Speech 2, Humorous Speech 1, and Humorous Speech 2.
Level 4
Mastery
Rigorous research & speaking projects
Projects: Research & Speak 1, Research & Speak 2, Research & Speak 3, and Research & Speak 4.
Assigned Meeting Roles
A highly structured structure. Every member rotates through these critical duties to practice diverse real-world communication aspects.
Meeting Chair
Leads and orchestrates the entire session, ensuring smooth transition between table topic and speech sessions.
Meeting Critique
Gives constructive peer evaluation of meeting setup, flow, scheduling discipline, and overall communication value.
Impromptu Lead
Hosts the impromptu round (Table Topics), challenging attendees with sudden real-time speaking prompts.
Grammarian
Observes syntax accuracy, introduces the Word of the Day, and highlights eloquent phrases and grammatical missteps.
Timekeeper
Enforces temporal discipline. Tracks and displays warning lights for speeches to maintain structured pacing.
Speakers
Deliver prepared speech projects targeted at their specific learning levels based on the curriculum.
Speech Evaluators
Offer immediate, highly supportive constructive analysis of specific speakers, pointing out strong paths and adjustments.
